The Paladares Festival, formerly known as the Festival del Gordo, brings together food, music, and free experiences at Parque Fundidora
If you’ve ever been to the famous Festival del Gordo, this will interest you: the event is now reinventing itself as Festival Paladares in Monterrey, maintaining its foodie essence but with a broader offering.
On May 2 and 3, Fundidora Park will host this festival, which aims to establish itself as the largest of its kind in Mexico. And yes, it’s packed with everything: food, live music, and free admission.
The idea is clear: to bring together the best of local and national cuisine in one place, while also offering more comprehensive experiences for all audiences.
